My First Visitor!
3:29 AMIf you check the Visitor Calendar you will see that I have back to back visitors from now until the 3rd week of Decemeber! Fun! This week I had my very first visitor here in Guatemala! My Godsister!
Our Itinerary:
Wednesday- Relax + Traditional Guatemala Meal
Thursday- Relax + Dinner in Fontabella (my hotel)
Friday- Visit Cayala + The Embassy Halloween Party
Saturday- Lake Atitlan + Antigua
Sunday- The Kite Festival (its a BIG deal in Guatemalan Culture. Ill post pics soon)
Monday- Climbing Volcan Ipala (A volcano with a lake at the top!)
Tuesday- Amber heads back to DC!

| On the way to the lake we passed by a small town that was full of culture. Women in the traditional dress and carrying baskets on their heads. Lots of out door markets and food stands. |

| We made it to Lake Atitlan! We have our bathing suits on and are walking to hire a private boat. |

| Isn't this BEAUTIFUL? We took the private boat to a hotel that has a small restaurant and swim up bar. We could have stayed there ALL day. It was so peaceful. |
